Cyrille is an experienced corporate finance advisor with specialty in cross-border investments in Vietnam. Cyrille is a partner with ASIADEV, a high profile advisory firm in Europe-Vietnam FDIs created in 1997. Prior to joining ASIADEV, Cyrille has spent 10 years in Financial Advisory mostly with KPMG in London. He has worked on several privatisations, acquisition, joint-venture, financial restructuring and project finance assignments.

Since joining ASIADEV, Cyrille has generated over USD 100 millions cross-border acquisition work, including two large acquisitions and has been asked to manage a joint-venture set up between his firm and a Euro 50 millions turnover engineering and defence contractor.
He has also helped negotiate bids on behalf of European contractors for large infrastructure and equipment contracts including notably a USD 51 million bid for the engineering consortium to build the Hanoi Metro (a Euro 400 million project).

In his previous career, Cyrille was a Senior Manager with KPMG Financial Advisory in London where he worked on a variety of assignments. Key large assignments included: securitisation of Fraikin, refinancing and turnaround of NTL, IPO of Siemens, Incorporation of Airbus into EADS, privatisation of British Rail, privatisation of the Spanish grid, privatisations in Romania and Africa, BOT, PFI/PPP, several LBOs.

Cyrille graduated in 1994 from a leading Business School in France (ESC Tours) and has the DECF State Diploma in accounting (French Accounting Qualification). He also attended a one-year DBA programme in 1994.
Cyrille speaks fluently English and French and has a good command of German (German spoken at home).

Cyrille's unique features are his capabilities to penetrate high circles of political and economic decision making in Vietnam where he can manage privatisation or other investment opportunities as well as BOT and government procurement bids.
