Training Consultant (Manager)

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Tengizchevroil (part of the Chevron Oil Group). The TNA was specific to the implementation of two new computer systems:
o e-Warehouse
o Documentum.

The training program would be delivered initially to 1200 individuals (20% English speaking, 80% Russian speaking).

• Lead a team to develop the learning solutions outlined in the TNA:

o Training Workbooks
o System Manuals
o Quick Reference Guides
o Websites (2)
o Online System Steps
o Online Learning Simulations

• I designed also Trainer the Trainer, and mentored new trainers. I lead this team through to pilot. They are now delivering the program in house.
