Set up and managed the main call centres, interviewed and trained all staff, some of who where physically & mentally disadvantaged. Work undertaken was very diverse and included training, appointment setting, recruitment and training for outside companies, market research, marketing, sales, customer service, database building and cleaning, and virtual office facilities.
Active Voice was forced into liquidation in 2004 by non-fulfilment of partnership by Government body leading to reversal of European Grant.
Active Finance Ltd is still trading and specialises in appointments for the Financial Services such as mortgages and Mortgage Advisors.

Running stands at exhibitions, the warehouse, and arranging and booking in of deliveries.

Head hunted by the company to set up and manage their call centre and customer service department. Interviewing and recruitment of staff, training, setting up and managing the client management databases and sections of their two major web sites, advertising sales, recruiting of client companies such as new home builders, recruiting and appointment setting for estate agents here and overseas, property sales and client searches, up selling mortgages ad conveyance and general customer service across all sectors. The company was privately owned and the principal partner removed his financial backing resulting in the company going into liquidation.
