Seller is a professional environmental manager with 16 years experience in environmental regulation, law and management across many sectors with particularly knowledge of utilities and waste management. She is highly skilled in implementing change and in improvement management, developing policy and strategies. She is a natural people manager, adept at bringing out the best in others. She solves complex business issues by using her well developed analytical and listening skills.

She has worked in many sectors. Since graduation, she has spent over nine years in the energy/utility sector, six years in local government, one year in management system registration and three years in restaurant and retail management.

Currently employed as the Group Environment Manager for one of the largest energy utilities in the world, she has recently developed the Group Climate Change Strategy, is developing investment recovery from waste. She is keen to use her expertise in environment, health and safety in another organisation as a contractor or interim manager.
