• maintenance of the town real estates, like schools, historical buildings, publics offices and houses, developing a new BMS, as I was used as a Manager of the ATC Torino.
• a yearly programme and a three-year plan for the Office and the publics works,
• sub-services (aqueducts, sewages, electrical system); urban road network; environment; health services; town gardens; streets and squares maintenance;
• planning and regeneration projects for historical and naturalistic context: technical agreements for projects with Provincia of Turin and Region Piedmont about the environment; the ‘Circuito Residenze Sabaude’ and ‘Corona verde’ (historical residences of the Savoia Royal family), projects with Coldiretti (Union of Farmers) concerning the environment, agreements with the towns of the Collina Morenica for the creation of a common Environment Office, managing and controling the area and inform the public;

Director of the Regional Park La Mandria (Turin) responsible for 20 employers technical officers and 75 workmen, managing a budget of 17 millions of Euro. The responsibilities involved the management of all the offices: technical, human resources, administration, financials, secretary’s offices etc., and the periodicals reports to the Board.

Manager of the Maintenance Service of the Publics housings agency of the province of Turin. The job involved supervising the maintenance of houses (about 33.000 apartments), sub-services, FLS procedures, energy control, mechanical and electrical equipments, lifts, private roads and parks.
It also involved to design a new BMS and a planned preventative maintenance and the reorganisation of all the maintenance contracts, including about 50 employees with a budget of around 15 millions Euro.
