I am an internationally recognised specialist in achieving high levels of organisational effectiveness and change participation. I am a specialist in designing, managing and implementing projects, training and interventions to help leaders, teams, departments and organisations develop and achieve their transition objectives. I have access to innovative, state of the art, thinking on people, change and leadership development.

Both as a coach and as a transition project manager I have helped organisations and their leaders deliver significant business improvements in complex outsourcing and shared services environments, large scale IT strategy and systems implementations, supply chain developments and the development and delivery of business strategy both in Europe, North and South America as well as in global projects. This includes offshoring solutions. My industry experience stretches from Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, Finance and Construction through to Central Government and the NHS.

I also acts as a leadership coach to the senior management of a global consulting organisation and a Eastern-European consumer marketing and media organisation.

Whilst being a founding partner of Symphoenix Ltd, I also holds directorships in a leading organisation in my field, the not for profit ‘Center of Self-Organizing Leadership’ (C SOL) based in Niagara Falls, NY, USA.
I founded the UK organisation of the global not for profit organisation the Plexus Institute, that focuses entirely on organisational health.
Further, as a coach I am working with the establishment of a new a not for profit organisation in San Diego, CA, to change the way social services are delivered.
