I am a very talented and professional person who is strongly motivated to get projects done quickly, accuratley and to the required date. I have a excellent understanding of the software development process through education and hands on experience of working through a project from start to finish.

My ASP.NET and C# skills are excellent and combined with my understanding of XML, Datalayers (Subsonic and LLblgen Pro), javascript, object orientated programming, sqlserver 2000/2005 i can implement any software required for websites or applications if necessary.

ASP.NET Developer

Nottingham

Atomic required me to build a Content Management System for an ongoing project they had called www.passportfolio.com. The site was for connexions which is a goverment linked agency providing careers advice for 13-19 year olds. The project involved designing, implemeting and testing the new CMS using ASP.net and C# on a SQL Server 2005 Database, i also used a datalayer called llblgen Pro 2.0.

Manchester

Developed an e-commerce site for one of isbl's clients using ASP.NET/C#. This involved using many different skills including XML, SQL Server 2005, DTS, Setting up payment through Bibit (for taking online payments), i am also used a Datalayer called subsonic fro this project.

In this role I was required to design and implement the back end code for a website called ‘The iPod Surgery’ using C# and ASP.net. This involved creating pages for customers to enter order information, personal details and process payment details. Also I developed the system for processing the iPod orders which included keeping track of the orders as they were processed through the system.

Nottingham County Council were setting up a Disaster recovery site so they could recover their AIX UNIX systems in case of a disaster. My role was to learn the systems, what their use was, what hardware they were using and then document the procedures for recovering the systems from backup media. This involved liasing with staff already familiar with the systems and obtaining the information required to document these recovery procedures.
