I have developed applications and web/intranet sites for a number of years.
I have extensive database experience as a DBA and Developer, primarily with SQL Server (6.5, 7, 2000, 2005), T-SQL, Stored Procedures and DTS but also Oracle, Ingres and SQLBase.
Previous roles have involved working as a Production DBA and, at other times, the whole application life cycle from initial investigation of users’ requirements through prototyping, database design and creation, development and implementation and roll-out.
I have real-world experience of a number of programming languages, recently with Visual Basic, VBScript, JavaScript, T-SQL, HTML, ASP and have some recent exposure to C#.
