I hold an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield University and have over 14 years experience of conducting both qualitative and quantitative research and analysing data. I have worked in the private sector as a consultant with Hay Management Consultants and also within academia as a Research Fellow for the Royal Navy at the University of Plymouth. I am now working as a freelance consultant and my clients include Best Companies for whom I developed the Sunday Times Best Companies Employee Survey, which is now completed annually by over 50,000 people.
My area of expertise is in developing and analysing psychometric tests, surveys and attitude scales and in managing the process of implementing any survey within an organisation. I also have considerable experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and am an experienced interviewer and focus group facilitator.
