I initially trained as a Nurse, and specialised in Mental Health and Addictions. I am at present working as a freelance trainer, delivering a variety of health care related courses for Aberdeen College's workbased programme. I also do mental health consultancy and training, especially in the fields of Mental Health at Work policies, and training plan production, designing rolling training programmes for clients and generally organising the training programme for them. I have also in the past been contracted by Occupational Health companies to provide counselling on depresion related issues to difficult clients.
