CV

Banking technology management consultant programme/project manager with wide experience of investment, corporate and retail banking requirements, processes, outsourcing, procurement and implementation. My most recent role was in Lloyds TSB’s Corporate Transaction Services division, where I was the business design authority for projects to replace existing lending and core banking platforms in the UK and USA, and did significant work on the strategic directions for UK Corporate.
I have performed very demanding and high profile roles in high value technology and business change programmes in the UK and Western Europe, in a career of over 30 years in the financial IT industry, in both supplier and user organisations. Of this experience, 13 years have been spent in project/programme manager, consultant and business architect roles, largely in retail and investment/wholesale banking.
My career record includes 38 projects of varying sizes, with a total value of around £500 million. My segments within these projects have been worth about £200 million, and I have been accountable for delivery for 10 of these, with a total budget value of £33 million.
My experience enables me to build relationships with the business, operations and suppliers, including internal IT departments. My motivation is to contribute to successful and high quality delivery of business change using the wide experience gained in my career to date.
