Working along side the project manager of the second largest project in HP and functioning effectively with a network of colleagues around the globe in a virtual team to achieve the goal of complete and effective ICT asset management.

Daily activities required development and testing VB, ASP, SQL and SharePoint applications, planning systems, installation of software, maintenance of development servers and databases and helping customers with IT asset management queries.

Major achievements included developing secure training portals, reporting portals and issue ticketing systems which in turn increased the efficiency of asset managers and the development team, productively managing and enhancing part of one of the largest Ethernets in the world with a potential audience of 350,000, and the successful development of a tool to make and distribute opt-in electronic newsletters to update sales teams, managers and clients on a monthly bases.

• Experience of performing site surveys and producing site diagrams

• Installation of rack mounted servers, removal and installation of desktop machines, asset recording and problem solving of hardware and software faults.
• Optimisation, integration, migration and troubleshooting skills
• Ethernet flavours, QOS and switching technologies and windows and Unix flavours.
• Excellent client facing skills including presentation and document writing and the ability to create innovative designs, content and accurate documentation

Major achievements included the successful integration of every location with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
