Major achievements included developing secure training portals, reporting portals and issue ticketing systems which in turn increased the efficiency of asset managers and the development team, productively managing and enhancing part of one of the largest Ethernets in the world with a potential audience of 350,000, and the successful development of a tool to make and distribute opt-in electronic newsletters to update sales teams, managers and clients on a monthly bases.
